The journey began with ADIS Tachov s.r.o.; a Tier 1 plastic injection molding and assembly service provider. Established and led by Lean Six Sigma certified entrepreneurs, Jeremy Svoboda and Marc Ammerlaan, the business made in-roads to a large customer network very quickly.
Fast forward to the acquisition of NS KUNSTSTOFFTECHNIK - CZ, a Tier 2 injection molding supplier, which enabled the expansion of capabilities, and strengthened our commitment to delivering innovative, cost-saving, and always on-time solutions for the automotive industry.
Here’s a timeline snapshot of some of our key milestones and achievements:
⭐ 1998: ADIS Tachov established
⭐ 2008: Began cooperation with the VW Group
⭐ 2016: ADIS acquired by shareholders
⭐ 2022: Acquired NS Kunststofftechnik-CZ
⭐ 2023: Established Adis Automotive Group (AAG)
⭐ 2024: Opened an additional facility to support growth
⭐ 2025: Started production of gas injection molding
As of the start of this year we proudly operate 61 injection molding machines and employ 250 dedicated professionals across multiple sites. Our on-time delivery rate for 2024 exceeded 99%, and we achieved an impressive 66% year-over-year revenue growth.
