At ADIS AUTOMOTIVE GROUP we’re proud to drive innovation in the automotive sector through ongoing investments in advanced manufacturing. Our latest upgrades include fully automated assembly and inspection stations, equipped with camera vision, laser sensors, and real-time evaluation tools, ensuring each component meets the highest standards of quality and precision.

Our injection molding operations rely exclusively on ENGEL machines, renowned for precision, energy efficiency, and reliability. They enable us to produce everything from small parts to large assemblies. Integrated 6-axis robots and smart process controls boost consistency, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency.

We’ve also enhanced our capabilities with Gas Injection Molding (GID) from BAUER Kompressoren Group. GID allows for lighter, structurally strong parts by forming hollow sections, reducing material use and cycle times. We currently apply this on programs like the Škoda Auto Octavia trunk components and other OEM platforms.

Quality is core to our DNA. With tools from KEYENCE CORPORATION, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Mitutoyo Europe, and KONICA MINOLTA, INC., we ensure zero-defect standards through sensor checkpoints, functional tests, and traceable validation. Our newest addition, a roughness meter, lets us measure parting lines and surface textures like VDI grains with even more precision.
