Leadership Through Perspective

Great leaders are usually the ones who keep learning, keep asking questions, and keep looking beyond the immediate operation. 🦾

Here at ADIS AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, that mindset is reflected in the leadership of our Co-Owner and Executive Director, Jeremy Svoboda. His approach combines deep manufacturing experience with curiosity, sound judgement, and a constant focus on understanding what’s changing around the business and what that means for customers.

Manufacturing is being reshaped by automation, regulation, new technologies, and changing customer expectations. Leading through that change requires more than operational expertise. It takes a broader perspective, the ability to anticipate what’s coming, and the judgement to make good decisions without losing sight of customers, quality, or long-term growth.

Jeremy has built his career around that mindset. His manufacturing experience is backed by a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, he knows operational excellence isn’t something you reach once and then maintain. It’s an ongoing discipline built on analysis, curiosity, and the willingness to keep improving.

Strong leadership also means looking beyond the immediate operation and understanding the wider forces shaping the business. By staying close to industry peers, customers, partners, and emerging technologies around the world, Jeremy keeps challenging assumptions and bringing new thinking back into AAG.

Just as importantly, he believes that “knowledge must always translate into value for customers.”

That principle matters because strategic decisions, operational improvements, and investments in new technology only have real value when they lead to better outcomes for the customers and partners who place their trust in us.

Manufacturing will keep changing. The leaders who remain curious, keep learning, and maintain a clear view of the bigger picture will be the ones who help shape what comes next.
