Cross Site Integration

When every facility operates the same way, customers notice the difference.

Here at AAG, we don't see our sites as separate factories. We see them as a single, integrated manufacturing system. Stability, repeatability, and delivery performance define customer confidence, and cross-site integration is one of the strongest advantages we offer.

For us, integration is about aligning processes, quality systems, planning methods, and communication so closely that customers experience the group as one unified operation, regardless of where their components are produced.

Every AAG facility and brand operates on the same core principles: disciplined process control, validated measurement systems, structured APQP, and IATF-aligned governance. Customers launching a programme in one site can expect the same standards, the same documentation, and the same operational discipline in another.

That integration also gives us flexibility. When volumes increase, platforms accelerate, or new programmes need to launch quickly, we can balance capacity across the group without compromising quality or delivery.

Cross-site integration is a deliberate operating philosophy championed by co-owners Jeremy Svoboda and Marc Ammerlaan, and one of the key reasons we're able to deliver confidence with every component that leaves an AAG facility.

How important is cross-site standardization when you evaluate a manufacturing partner? We'd love to hear what gives you the most confidence.
